1. Event Participation

Participants must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Global Elite Media and Tech for the Business Awards event. Failure to follow the event rules or guidelines may result in disqualification or removal from the event without any refund.

2. Nomination & Selection Process

All nominations submitted by participants will go through an internal review and evaluation process conducted by the organizing team. Global Elite Media and Tech reserves the right to approve, reject, or modify nominations based on eligibility, category relevance, and available documentation.

3. Chief Guest / Celebrity Appearance Policy

Global Elite Media and Tech reserves the right to change the chief guest, celebrity guest, or special guest for the event due to unavoidable circumstances. Participants will not be eligible for refunds or compensation due to any change in chief guest or celebrity appearance.

4. Payment & Confirmation

Participation in the Business Awards event will only be confirmed after full payment of the registration or participation fee. The participation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in case of official event cancellation.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if the Business Awards event is cancelled by the organizer.

• Participant withdrawal
• Change in event date, venue, or guest
• Failure to attend the event
• Dissatisfaction with the event

6. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen situations, Global Elite Media and Tech reserves the right to reschedule the event date, change the venue, or modify the event format. Participants will be informed accordingly.

7. Media & Promotion Rights

By participating in the Business Awards event, participants grant permission to Global Elite Media and Tech to use their business name, logo, photographs, videos, and testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes including social media, website, press releases, and advertisements.

8. Intellectual Property

All event content including awards branding, event designs, certificates, trophy designs, photos, and videos are the exclusive intellectual property of Global Elite Media and Tech. Participants are not allowed to reproduce or distribute event materials without written permission.

9. Liability

Global Elite Media and Tech will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss of belongings, property damage, or travel and accommodation issues during the event. Participants attend the event at their own risk.

10. Code of Conduct

All participants must maintain professional behavior and respect toward organizers, guests, and other participants. Misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior may lead to immediate removal from the event without refund.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the Business Awards event will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.

12. Modification of Terms

Global Elite Media and Tech reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or participating in the Global Elite Business Awards, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
